The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The morning breakfast buffet was mind-blowing with a wide variety of delicious options. We were traveling with our one year old and they provided a pack and play crib as well as baby proofing for the room. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was super convenient, with a Starbucks, Familymart and Luckin Coffee right nearby. Check in and out was a breeze. The female locker room was clean and the jacuzzi and steam room were jaw-dropping. The hotel even provided a clothes drier for added convenience. We loved the pool facilities and sauna, and the staff really made an effort to accommodate us as foreigners. Thumbs up for that!

I have stayed at the hotel many times,and it is my favourite hotel,and I have recommended it to many of my friends.The rooms are very comfortable,and the service is great.The food is good,and while on business it is very homely.

This hotel I would decribe as a ok hotel that used to be one of the most fancy hotels probably 10 years back. I would book another hotel next time that feels more up to date and happening. Mostly boring buissness men here, and no people at the bar.

The staff at the Business Club were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with printing, scanning, and navigating the internet. The decor and rooms were not tired at all, contrary to what other visitors mentioned. The beds were very comfortable, and we found a convenient family market just 100 meters away. Taxis were readily available within half a minute, and there was a bus station a short 3-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and all the hotel staff spoke English, albeit some better than others. The Chinese restaurant was absolutely outstanding, earning an 11 out of 10 rating. The location of the hotel was perfect, with numerous restaurants nearby. we were impressed with the service and amenities provided.

We booked a room without breakfast and ordert in room breakfast , the quality of the breakfast was great ! lots of it and the eggs where hot , really good ! the room was big but not what I expected , still a nice stay , bathroom was huge ! loved it , also pool area was great ! and the view from the 40th floor !

I booked a room ( seperate living area ) I did think its a second room , but it was not , altough the room was big ( 70 Square meters ) it was not what I would have liked to have , then for the pool you need to have caps , you need to buy them at the hotel for a really high price ( 3 for the whole family about 120 rmb ) , its china for god sake ! you can get it for 5 yuan around the corner ! should have booked the smaller room with executive lounge acsess , probably will not book again ....

Clean, calm design, room size was ok. Room amenities were good. From the upper upper floors the view is very nice.

Even though the climate control system has a heating setting, the system only blew in cold air. After realising this and turning the whole system off, the room temperature rose to comfortable level.

I recently stayed at The Longemont Shanghai for a weekend getaway. The hotel is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The morning breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. They also provided baby-proofing for our room, which was great since we were traveling with a one-year-old. The location was convenient, with several coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Check-in and check-out were fast and effortless.

Exceptional Service

We used the club lounge during our stay at the Longemont and it was truly outstanding. We were delighted by the variety of food options available in the evening, and the fact that they served alcoholic drinks was a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even allowed us to extend our check out so we could spend more time with our friends. Their level of attentiveness and helpfulness was amazing, and we highly recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

The amazing view over the city because my room was at the 50 level. The modern lay-out and up-to-date technology (internet/TV/radio) in the room.

No remarks because I was staying only 2 nights. English understanding in the restaurant was sometime a small issue but this is linked to the country. Outside the hotel is was much worser.

We loved the varied buffet breakfast with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the friendly chefs. Swimming in the clean pool daily was a highlight, and our toddler enjoyed it too. The female locker room was well maintained, and the jacuzzi and steam room were fabulous. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early when we upgraded to the club room, and we also received free breakfast. The hotel is close to everything and located in a nice area with great restaurants for meetings.

The location of the hotel is far from the city center and public transportation. the noise from the elevator can be heard within the rooms.
